Sharon has been in family day care for over 13 years,her roles have consisted of: educator, coordinator, manager of services in family day care.
Her passion and dedication for family day care prompted her to open her own service with her husband Andrew. Sharon's best asset is her ability to build relationships with educators, families and children to meet their ongoing needs.

Andrew has worked alongside his wife Sharon for years supporting her roles in Family Day Care, also assisting in running playgroups in Redlands and in Beaudesert.
Andrew works in a management position in his current employment. Andrew enjoys working in partnerships with educators and families to provide a high quality education and care for children.
