Family Day Care services may enrol children at any time, although some services may have a waiting list. Please contact us directly to discuss our current availability and enrolment policies.

When enrolling, you will need to provide the following information:

Child’s Details:

• Full name, gender, and address
• Customer Reference Number (CRN)
• Date and place of birth
• Cultural background and language spoken at home
• Health and immunisation status
• Any special considerations (e.g. cultural, religious, dietary requirements, or additional needs)
• Proof of date of birth (birth certificate or visa)

Parent/Guardian Details:

• Full names, gender, and addresses of all parents/carers/guardians
• Customer Reference Numbers (CRN)
• Date and place of birth

Other Required Information:

• Details of any court orders, parenting orders, or parenting plans, medical plans, DVO, etc
• Emergency contact information
• Names and contact details of authorised persons for drop-off/pick-up
• Bank Details
• Approvals and Authorisations
